Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items, except when Final Sale is noted on the product page. All made-to-order items are Final Sale and may not be returned.
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt. Please contact us at customerservice@novajewels.com to start the return process and receive authorization. We will send you a pre-paid return label, but please note shipping is nonrefundable and the cost of return shipping will be charged at the time of your return. Once you’ve received the return label, you have 3 business days to send it back to us.
Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, on styles noted Final Sale, or without prior authorization.
Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.
**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. We reserve the right to offer store credit when returns do not meet our return policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@novajewels.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
